Are you sick and tired of feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and not sure how to get yourself out of it?
Have you tried methods for handling it before, but find them too time-consuming, complicated, or that they simply don’t seem to work?
The Flourish Challenge will guide you through practical steps that offer insights into your thoughts and struggles, and simple and effective strategies to take care of yourself, and start the process of reducing those feelings of stress and being overwhelmed. At the end of it, active participants will be invited to have a follow-up Skype session with me to help consolidate what they have learned and tried, and make a plan to keep you heading in the right direction!
Who is this challenge for?

- Stressed as you attempt to manage responsibilities and pressures at work
- Depleted by constant giving to others
- Desperate for a strategy to take care of yourself for once
Who is this challenge not for?
If you’re not really sure whether now is the right time for you to invest time and energy into change, this challenge is not for you. Unfortunately, most people who sign up for online courses and challenges do not complete them, or even start them. If you don’t have the time or energy right now, that’s fine! Please register your interest for future challenges below, and I will make sure you know about them.

How does it work?
The challenge runs for one week, from the 5th-11th March 2018.
Each day you will complete a short interactive activity that moves you one step closer to your goal. You will receive an email each day, linking you to a web page with questions you can answer and submit. By the end of the week you will have covered some of the key effective strategies for overcoming overwhelm and getting your life back on track.
Upon completion of the one-week challenge, you will be invited to book a half-hour Skype session with me* during which you can ask questions and consolidate a plan to move forward with. In order to receive this, you must have actively participated in the challenge, with all answers to daily questions submitted. Only the first 15 people to respond to this invitation will be accepted! Once you have booked your follow-up session, I will review all your answers to challenge questions in order to optimise our time during the call, so please ensure that you provide an accurate name and email address each time you complete one of the challenge activities.
This challenge will not cost you any money. But it does require an investment in time and a commitment to active involvement. Your mental health is important, and deserves care and attention. It deserves to be prioritised above many of the other important aspects to our lives.
*This Skype call is only available to individuals in Australia. Note that this session is only to answer questions and facilitate creation of a plan to move forward. This is not a clinical consultation, and does not involve a doctor-patient relationship.
