I work one-on-one with clients through the convenience of after-hours Skype appointments. This creates the opportunity for me to assess individual medical history, screen for some important health conditions, and provide tailored management plans to manage burnout.

I take on small groups of burnt-out people, and guide them through a 12 week program that provides support and resources during the initial phase of burnout recovery. Within these groups, I give you the information you need to know, and help you develop the skills you need.
